All digital product sales are final. Because these items are delivered instantly, we’re unable to provide refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
Lifestyle Products & HTMA Tests
For the health, hygiene, and integrity of these offerings, all lifestyle items, HTMA tests, and related wellness testing products are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for these items.
Clothing
We want you to feel truly good in every piece you choose. If an item doesn’t fit your style or comfort, clothing may be returned within 30 days in its original, unworn condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue store credit for the purchase price (excluding shipping). Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Cleaning Products
Cleaning products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unopened and unused. After inspection, we will issue store credit for the product amount (shipping not included). Customers are responsible for return shipping.
